GroupAgApp Privacy Policy

GroupAgApp is a business application operated by GroupAgApp ("we", "us") for agricultural service operations and their customers. This policy describes what information the app collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account information: first and last name, email address, username, and an organization-issued invite code, provided when an account is created. Administrators may also record pesticide applicator license numbers.
• Business records you enter: grower and customer contact details (names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses), storage facility information, chemical treatment records, work orders, inspection notes, time-clock entries, and other free-text notes.
• Photos: photos of storage facilities, equipment, and related documents that you choose to capture or upload. Photos taken for on-device panel text recognition are processed entirely on your device and are not uploaded — only the extracted readings are saved.
• Location: with your permission, your device's location is used to geotag storage facilities you create and to retrieve local weather conditions for treatment records.
• Calendar: with your permission, the app can add treatment events to a calendar you choose. The app does not read or upload your existing calendar events.

How information is used

Information is used solely to provide the app's functionality for your organization: managing storage facilities, treatments, work orders, scheduling, and related business records. We do not sell personal information, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising software.

Service providers

Data is stored on Microsoft Azure (database and photo storage). Weather features send facility or device coordinates (nothing else) to OpenWeatherMap to retrieve conditions.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Sign-in credentials are stored in the device's secure keychain; passwords are stored only as salted hashes.

Data retention and deletion

Business records are retained while your organization's account is active. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete Account), or contact us at gkwazy@gmail.com to request deletion of your personal information.

Children

GroupAgApp is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
